See that truck? I know it’s a horribly unclear photo but I didn’t want to get too close to it. Why? See that orange rectangle in the middle of the tailgate? It’s an orange piece of paper. Taped to the truck. Can’t quite decipher what it says? Let me help you: "Radioactive Material".
Yes. It said "Radioactive Material". A ploy to maintain personal space in Doha traffic? Or truth? Did I mention the yellow box riding in the back? You know the one with the nuclear symbol on it? Or that I saw this during the school run? Must one extrapolate from there?
So funny... my husband took a very similar shot when we had been in Qatar maybe only a month. To think this might be a regular occurrence!
ReplyDeleteI think I'll keep my distance from Nissan pick-ups from now on. That doesn't really get me out of the danger zone though does it? Ahh well, if that's the way it's going to be, I might as well eat the last piece of cake.
